Quick service and clear communication the whole way. They confirmed whether a repair was necessary or not and answered all of my questions thoroughly. If you are getting a tire rotation, be sure to ask them to change the air pressure (assuming you have different PSI between front and rear tires) because sometimes they forget.

Didn't like that the service department did not have an answer as to why my Pivi infotainment system will not update (I look to them as the experts otherwise I'm left with trying to get answers on the internet). I've called Land Rover directly and they direct me to my local dealer (Richmond). Last update was March 2023. I have version 3.3.x. Latest version is at least 4.3.x.
