It's always a pleasure to have my service done at Sheehy Ford, Nick already knows why I am there, asks if there is anything additional I would like done and they get right to it! They didn't put an update next services sticker on. They didn't reset my tire pressure gage. When I called, right after leaving, I was told maybe the Ford Tech didn't know how to do it. They never called me about any recommendations which I know my car needs stuff. I will continue to drive to Sheehy Springfield for my services.

My service team at Sheehy Ford is the best. They give me periodic updates as the progress through the service. They send videos of service sometimes. If they discover other things that may be an issue, they will come out and discuss them with me to let me know how soon they need to be fixed. The whole staff is great. They are very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this service team at Sheehy Ford.

The service manager was great as always. The tech however gave me a wrong diagnosis of my front end issue. He thought it was the cupped tires causing my problem. After spending $1300.00 dollars on new tires the front end noise was still there. I put the truck into 4 wheel drive and the noise went away. That tel.ls me the transfer case is going bad

Originally I had brought the vehicle in for a seatbelt light and break inspection. The seat belt was replaced for the second time a repair I had done before while still under warranty was charged for the same repair though on the receipt it shows different. Received a state inspection and never received the window sticker. The breaks were inspected

As far as I can tell, the car was repaired. Usually, when I bring my car in for service, it is vacuumed out before I get it. I also asked the car to be done by Wednesday. I dropped it off on SUNDAY so that should have been plenty of time to replace the rear brakes and the Air Flow sensor and air filter. I will ask for Nick Singler on my envelop from now on.

The service department has been amazing to deal with. We have dealt with another local Ford dealership that claimed that fixed what was wrong. Sheehy not only fixed what the other Ford dealership didn't fix. They sent us pictures of what wasn't done and had to completey redo their mess up in less than a week compared to the two weeks at the other dealership. We will be forever grateful!

I couldn't communicate with my tech even though he sent me an email and told me to reach out if I needed to. Three tests went unanswered until I finally had to call him. Once I arrived and waited for my keys he handed them to me & never said a word to me. Pretty much poor customer service.

The fact that they didn't disclose that part of my problem included a part that is on national backorder until I paid for work that didn't correct the entire problem. $3000+ for a car that still isn't fixed. I would have just traded the car with that money now I'm out of money and my car is still broken. I feel cheated

I came in for an oil change that ended up taking almost 3 hours..no one kept me updated on the status. It wasn't until I asked that I was told they were running behind. The associate at the desk was rude and unwilling to assist when I walked in because he was on his phone.

I would absolutely recommend this shop as they were kind and respectful of my time. They have always been honest with me which is extremely rare in this field of work. During my inspection they fixed my parking brake on my 2017 Mustang GT that kept bringing up a light even when not pulled up. I like that I got out early this time, what I think needs improvement is that when you arrive most of the service reps are not really locked in who's coming in and you don't know who your service representative is that's handling your appointment. It will be nice to get a text prior to your appointment to let you know who to reach out to such as a Dan, John, Rick etc.

I liked the fact that Kevin, my Sheehy rep, was professional but not aloof nor distant. He remained approachable and helpful. I also appreciate that while I inadvertently left my phone in my car, Sheehy returned it to me safely. I did not like that again, whomever inspected my car, left my air on and running. If the Sheehy inspection facility has air running, why does mine need to? Even if not, to leave it on--is careless.
