I had my oil change at the express . I was in and out less than 25 minutes. The staff there are very friendly. I also enjoyed a hot cup coffee while waiting on my vehicle. Before I could finish my coffee my vehicle was ready. I love this location. I drove over 30 minutes because i love the work they do. I really trust mechanics here to work on my car.

A few days after the service my tire pressure light came on and 3 of 4 tire sensor lights indicated the sensors were bad. It was very cold. I had been told my tires were topped off but actually I think they removed air from my tires. I came back and the filled my tires and all the lights went out. On the plus side, they cleaned and washed my car.

I had my suv service at the Richmond location. I was provided with excellent services. I always feel like home when I come there. I really trust the mechanics there and the others staff. I drive over 35 minutes to get my suv service. I love this place.

The staff was excellent at this location. They provided me with a rental car. I was informed about my recall, that it was gonna take 4 hours to complete. Therefore I was able to use the rental to go to work. Upon getting off work, I received a text my SUV was ready for pick up. I loved this service location and the staff was great. No issues.

The communication was great no doubt. But there was no service done to my vehicle at all. I was told the issue couldnt be duplicated but it happens every time I accelerate. I was told the clunk when stopping was fixed by tightening the axle nuts but that was not fixed. So I am now waiting for my transmission to go lathe way out and see if I can get it fixed then.

Very friendly staff, wonderful service, and VERY affordable. My Jeep GC has a tire sensor issue but Keith couldnt get a reading for the issue. He took all my wheels off and checked each sensor but nada. Didnt charge me for the labor and said theyll check again with my next oil change. Very much appreciated!

He is very knowledgeable and helpful I previously had my oil changes and repair done elsewhere but Nick Singler changed my mind due to his knowledge of my vehicle and how he treated me . The wait was 4 hours when I was initially told it would only be an hour and a half. That was a longtime to wait for just an oil change. Also- Im not sure why checking my transmission fluid was marked with an N/A when this is the dealership. Otherwise things went well.

The experience was less than satisfying. It took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 9:30 was told an hour or 90 minutes but ended up missing a meeting scheduled for 12:30. The Service writer never came and advised me of any difficulties I went to him three separate times and got the same answer, it should about 15 more minutes. Not going there anymore.

Victoria was amazing getting me squeezed in. I had the engine checked for a coolant leak(coolant was really low) somehow we ended up doing an oil consumption test? They changed the oil and got me on my way. Will return after 1500 miles.
