“The service was fast. It was close to 100 F. The technician who greeted me was young, but was reasonably friendly and profession, the technicians who actually did the oil and filter change were sullen and not that friendly but I can only assume they were competent, everything has been fine since. Had it done about a month ago. I go to Strickland because I use synthetic oil and they don't ding me at Carfax if I go beyond 3500 miles between oil changes if I go to Strickland. Express doesn't care what you use, they don't allow their technicians to state anything beyond 3500 miles as the next due date for service.”
