“I scheduled my truck to have a starter replaced. Scheduled for Wednesday, nope, will start Thursday, nope, will start Friday, sort of. I told them it needed a starter, yet, they billed me for 2 hours of diagnostics to find out the starter was bad. And a starter cable needed replaced, and since it had to be removed in order to replace the starter, yep, more labor charges. I needed that truck for other things and told the shop that. I got it a week later. I am no happy with the service they provided. I had work done there before and they did a great job, what has happed? Make sure they get the scheduling right.”
