“It seems to be a different environment with the care and concern about explaining what's being done with your car. My care was given a diagnosis for misfiring after 1500.00 dollars of repairs that didn't stop the misfiring. They say the diagnosis said all is well but if I come back for another process of elimination we see if can figure it out. Meaning I want some more money to get to the bottom of it. I'm not the most savvy with mechanical issues but I'm a regular. Tell me what's going on. I felt like I was being squished for money. I went to another dealership and for 30 bucks. I was informed I needed coils and spark plugs. They made it so simple.”
