All I had done was. Tire rotation and oil change. I had to call back 2 days after my oil change as I had oil dripping on my garage floor and concrete driveway. After calling I was seen on The next day and was told the oil plug had not been tightened properly! I am amazed that on such a routine and basic repair it was not done properly.

The dealership was fine and no unexpected issues at all. The finance person I met with was excellent. She said was still relatively new in that position, however plenty of experience in the field.
The car was clean and ready to go when it was picked up, it need a little more attention in my estimate, how's im fairly picky. Overall, I would return and purchase another vehicle in the future if they had a vehicle I wanted.

Service advisor told me the vehicle did not have an oil leak. I suspected that the oil filter housing was leaking. Had it towed to another dealership and within an hours of them looking at it they said that there is in fact an oil leak. Service advisor didn't seem to care to listen to what my concerns were and just pushed it to the side.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. As a favor, we quickly worked your vehicle into our schedule. We clearly communicated the diagnosis fee, which is standard and customary regardless of repair. Regarding the oil leak, we suspected the oil observed was from a messy oil change. After cleaning, testing, and inspecting, no residual oil was observed, and it was determined not to be an issue. Concerning the leaking weatherstripping, we determined it needed to be replaced, provided a quote, and you approved. The repair requires three parts, one of which was on backorder and arrived yesterday. We are at the mercy of the manufacturer for parts needed, just like the consumer. Our service manager documented several conversations with you and your spouse, attempting to inform and keep you up to date. Most recently, your spouse met with our service manager yesterday to discuss all of these points. You've decided to take your vehicle elsewhere, which we respect, but the diagnosis fee compensates for our time confirming or ruling out the issues you brought the vehicle in for. We wish you the best of luck in addressing the issues and hope you might consider us again in the future.

Im leaving 3 stars because they kept my car longer then expected and all it needed was a brake caliper replacment but they had to order it.
They also had said i stated stuff about my car on the list they sent me, and i never said anything else having problems of the car.
Not sure if i believe half the other stuff but i will do future repairs from now on.

Took my car in for a a noise in the rear end and the transmission seemed to act funny. Also for a replacement key fob all of which are under warranty. They said they didn't find anything wrong with my car. Everyone can hear the noise. Never have received a call back on my key fob either. Guess they don't want to work on something that has a warranty

The service was fine but I had an appointment for 9am thinking I would be in and out quickly but was informed it would be an all day event due to staffing issues. I was called around 3pm that my car was finished. I will say they were accomodating in they gave me a courtesy ride back to my house.
