Unfortunately, this was our last experience with Sarat Ford Service. We have purchased two vehicles from the Sarat Family and have always been pleased with the vehicles and customer service. Recently we noticed a decline with the employees attention to detail and care we received. After two days and multiple messages left, we never got a call back from our customer care person. Our F150 had been in for service due to a "check engine" light that we were assured was fixed. In fact, after paying the bill the light came on a few days later and we reported this to Sarat. Their solution was to ride around, burn off some gas and bring it back. Since no one answered our calls, this was not possible. After several attempts we did finally get someone but by then it was too late!
