I needed a new gas tank filler neck grommet, but Sarat's didn't have one in stock, so they tried sealing the existing one with some sealer. They ONLY charged for labor, which was $100.00! What they did didn't work, so they ordered a grommet, which took approximately a week to get in. I was charged for putting the new grommet in, which was in excess of $100.00, so the first $100.00 was a wasted trip and an expensive visit, for nothing. Sarat's used to be a real good place to get my vehicles serviced, but I'll think twice before I go there again.
