The employees had No personality. Bad attitudes. I went for a recall and When I left, there was a check engine light engine light on my - Dashboard. So I pulled right back in and told them and The service adviser told me that he probably forgot to reset it after hedit after he did the recall. So so he did reset it and I was just irked because they are supposed to be professionals. I will never go there again

Totally disappointed with the customer service. The woman who wrote me up was in a hurry to go home and didnt even try to hide it. Tire rotation was never done due to swollen lug nuts??? It was completed the next day at a competitor. I was told the mechanic was just plain lazy. I had to wait for two weeks for this kind of service? Give me a break. Balise is starting to look good. Nuff said

I needed my inspection sticker which they took care of rather quickly considering there were others before me. I requested a check of my wiper fluid and they took care of that as well. In addition, one of the managers solved a problem with my registration since I have a lease & wasn't sent any paperwork. He graciously and quickly fixed that problem for which I am grateful. Am never disappointed at Sarat Ford. Thank you all.

Carol coordinated my service very well
hence, the five stars. They didn't fix my broken tail light so I had to return to Sarat to get it fixed. After I got home the Second time, I discovered a tool left in my car so I took it back to Sarat.
That's 3 hours of driving for an oil change.

I had service at the body shop which is separate from the actual service center. They did an excellent job fixing my problem the only issue I had was getting someone to answer the phone. I had to call 2-3 times (before someone picked up) to find out if my car would be ready by 5pm.

I WOULD GIVE 5 STARS BUT FOR THE COST OF SERVICE IS HIGH,THE SERVICE PERFORFED COST ME 1680 DOLLARS.235 JUST TO DO THE FUEL FILTERS ALONE.THGEY SHOULD WASH AND VACCUM YOUR VEHICLES FOR FREE WITH THE PRICE THEY CHARGE AN HOUR FOR SERVICE. HAD THE WORKS PERFORMED ON MY 6.7 DIESEL.PLUS HAD TO HAVE EGR COOLER REPLACED.Staff is very courtious.

Disappointing. I made an appointment for a recall Issue and dropped my car off the night before only to be told in the morning that they didnt have the parts yet so nothing could be done. Im curious as to why they couldnt figure that out before they made the appointment and I made arrangements to be picked up after dropping it off.

Even though the Covid-19 pandemic is/was still going on, the people are still as friendly and helpful as always. The work took a reasonable amount of time for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection to be completed. A very nice experience, it was done before I realized it.

Awful Service! I got my car inspected and was never told that it failed because of a slice in the tire. I didn't know it was rejected until I got into the car. When asked which tire it was the Service Rep said I don't know and made no effort to find out. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE.

1st time since we bought the car that we had the worst service ever. It makes me think I don't ever want to go back. Had the brakes checked. Not 2 weeks later the brakes were badd again. 2 weeks after that the brakes went badd again. They must not have checked when they did it the 1st time period although they sure did charge for it. Terrible experience very disappointed

4TH visit for the same problem, visit # 3 they had the car approx. 10 days, almost 6 weeks to resolve, then only after they consulted an outside vendor I brought the car to after visit #3 to get a second opinion, surprising...where else would you bring Lincoln but to Lincoln dealer same dealer car was purchased at clearly not their best foot forward !

I paid for a Works service and asked to have the current coupon for this service be applied to my bill as well as my accrued points. It doesnt appear to me that a discount was applied for service. I was also surprised to see that my yellow brake rating in April was now green. I guess the wear was now no problem? My confidence in the accuracy of your service reports, which I have relied on in the past, are no longer dependable.

Service was OK, but... this was my first service appointment on a Saturday. Don't think I'll be doing Saturday appointments again! Vehicle was returned to me with footprint on floor rug. As it doesn't wipe off, I suspect that service man had oil on his feet. I think the service people are more careful on weekdays.

I was told that the battery was checked and was ok. I drove to Delaware last weekend didnt drive my vehicle got 3 days after the trip, my care wouldnt start . Took it to a local dealer in Lewes DE.
