Dont waste your money here. The techs dont really know whats theyre doing and theyre workin on trail and error bases, mean while their practice money is coming out of your pocket. They keep suggesting different services to see which one fixes the issue. Heck I came an hour later and they had my car out and had done nothing I requested but changed the oil. Wasted my day there an couldnt figure out anything

The associate was very rude and disrespectful. I missed my first appointment and had to contact corporate to report the issue I was having. Finally was able to have my maintenance completed but the same associate was there with the same attitude. His name is Corey by the way.

They were nice, but the poor guy doing the oil change was clearly over-exhausted and started by putting the wrong filter and pouring a lesser-quality oil into the engine than what I ordered. Luckily I was watching the process so I caught it and made him flush it out, replace the filter, and put in the Mobil 1 I had ordered, so there were no problems. But you have to watch them do your work, which is unfortunate.

Excellent service, helpful, friendly staff, but the tech left my oil dip stick a few inches out of the oil pan, which luckily I noticed just after the inspection. Notified Pepboys, they apologized and told me if there was any problems I could bring it right back. Will return to same Pepboys for next oil change.

Had new front struts/coil springs installed. When finished, I paid the bill and was sent on my way. Upon entering the Interstate to make my way home, the vehicle became nearly impossible to control; the steering wheel was off center and it literally wandered all over the highway. I exited the Interstate and took backroads to another garage I trust. They had to perform an extensive alignment, which I had just had done 5 months before. I will NEVER take my vehicle there again.
