I don't know why I am getting a survey for something that never happened. My car was not Serviced nor Maintenance Inspection completed. All I did was call for a Tire quote. I needed two and they only had 1 capable of installing that day. I had to go elsewhere because they had 2 in stock.

They recommended a fairly new tire be replaced for a screw when our normal garage was able to plug the hole. Shops like these are always trying to upsell instead of being honest to the customer.

Went in for tires and alignment had to travel from Woodbridge to Manassas for my tires. Your system says "tires are 17 18 19" I have brought tires from you before they are 16 even door says so. The tech thought I was wrong but was proven wrong. Don't assume women don't know their cars.

Very disappointing experience. First don't place an order via the PEP BOYS website. After 2 days the store never could find my tires. After listening to the store's recommendation on a tire solution I should have stopped. Anyway, I over paid in my opinion for the tires and the installation. Also have a nice grease stain in my car (thank you Pep boys Tech!). Sloppy installation, and charged a premium. I've learned my lesson.

They put my tires on in the amount of time that was promised. The only thing is instead of putting my spare back where it belonged they just threw it in the trunk for my to take care of. I,m a older handicapped lady who can,t do that by herself. My car was also not sanitized as promised. they were in to big a hurry. they also replaced my tie rods inside and out

Overzealous employee for a State inspection faulted the car for three items. One was acceptable (license plate light; one of TWO was out). Other two were bogus. Appealed to State Police. They reviewed and agreed with me. I have spent over $1000 for tires at this facility. For a $20 inspection...they have lost a customer.

The day before the appointment I received a call from Pep Boys. The type of tire I selected online and reserved for installation was not in stock. Pep Boys found a comparable tire by the same manufacture and price matched (it was more expensive). I was able to keep my appointment and ended up with a high grade tire. Good Customer Service!

Went in for a check engine light. $99.00 seems a bit high for reading a code. They recommended a variety of things (shotgun approach) and did not share the diagnostic code with me. Had they zeroed in on one fix, I would have let them do the work. I'm not a fan of "let's replace parts until the problem is solved". I'll be taking it elsewhere.

The desk person Norman did a great job explaining everything about the service and followed up with me as the job progresses Norman also made me aware of rebates for brake works at their location which I will exercise.
