This rating is for my most recent visit. I have no complaints on my previous visits. I dropped off my vehicle on Tuesday. On Thursday, I was told the parts for my vehicle had arrived and my vehicle was being working on. Again on Saturday, I was told my vehicle was being worked on and it would be ready by Saturday afternoon. Finally on Sunday (5 days later) I spoke with Chris who informed me I had been given incorrect information. In fact, the parts had not arrived and my vehicle was not being worked on. Chris immediately took action and by Monday, he had ensured the parts were available and that my vehicle was repaired by Monday afternoon.
