They couldn't figure out why my car was losing electrical power..so they provided me with a loaner car until they could get it to act up. Once they finally got it figured out, within a few hours the part was replaced and I had my car back. I appreciate the way they don't just say we don't know what's going on. They keep it and try to replicate the same issue I experienced and then call me to tell me they know now what to do. Great customer service. They definitely want to keep my business.
