Friendly and professional Service Department front office staff. Took my 2011 Sorento in to have a thingamajig installed on my ignition circuit/assembly to prevent/deter the recent 2011-2022 thefts of certain models. Service technician was quick in performing the required modifications in and out in 15 minutes, AND, repositioned my seat back to my original seating position which is one of my major pet peaves, when someone extends the seat alllllllll the way back and returns the vehicle back to you in that position.

My 2013 Kia Rio was in for an 85000-mile service. Service personnel were very thorough. Normal servicing took place and other issues the service personnel noted were presented to me by my service advisor Zach Rayls who explained in simple terms what needed to be done to fix the issues. I was left to decide which ones I wanted addressed. There was no pressure to get them fixed as they were not urgent, but I accepted the suggestions. The work was completed quickly and my Rio was back on the road in short order. Zach is very efficient and is a very pleasant individual to deal with. We've dealt with him many times over the years and have never had a problem. The Kia Service Department gets high marks from me in general. I've never experienced any problems in my encounters with any of the people who work there. They've all done great!
