This is a great place to go for service! They are so efficient and attentive to time. They keep me very well posted whenever my car is in their care. The car wash after service is a lovely bonus!

The tech was great. She kept me informed. She listened to me when I explained about the issue with the back tire. The mechanic did a wonderful job of checking out the car and solving the tire issue.

They had my car 5 days because they were short staffed. Then they never called to say it was ready, I had to call. If you're short staffed, stop accepting appointments.

Horrible service. Had to bring truck back twice for a brand new issue after an oil change. The 3rd time it broke down with my family in the vehicle on a busy road due to their failure to fix and diagnose the issue correctly.

It was awful my clutch keeps failing breaking every year maybe twice a year and it was a long time just to get my car serviced and they did not provide a loaner car Ill never get a car from there again

Fine, I waited and they did not check my brakes. Unable to stay longer. Bought tires from Costco's so they didnt rotate tires. Still no fix for recall.

It was not at Ganley on 11/20/20 Last oil change was done at home. They couldn't even schedule a recall repair, they certainly are not going to be doing any work on any of my cars ever.
