I've always had excellent service except for the one service person who meets you when you pull in. He should not be working with the public. if the question is from 1 to 5, I will give a four because there's always room for improvement. If it was one to 10, I would give a nine.

No service was performed. The dealership didn't find out it couldn't get my repair part until after I had left my car for an hour. I did get a free car wash. Also, as far as I can tell, there is virtually no waiting area for service customers. They do provide rides through Uber.

Everything went well with the service the day I went in to get my car serviced. They even made sure that a Uber was called to take me to work and to bring me back to pick up my car. Other than waiting on a back order part for my car everything went well. "Great Service"

Ken Ganley is our GO TO place for our vehicles. From check in to check out everyone is very personable and they keep you updated if something takes a bit longer than expected. The shop looks very clean and there is a very comfortable place to sit while you are waiting. It has a television and machines for items to drink or eat.

They at the dealership had my car for at least a week,and I had a loaner car from them of which it worked out okay,and a funny thing after all that I had to bring my car back twice for two minor issues unrelated to the recall work,and the issues were taken care of in a timely manor and it worked out great.
