First of all, the extended warranty on the drive train did not cover the belt tensioner, then service tried to overcharge me on parts about $210.00 more than what the Toyota dealer was. They fixed the price when I said something. Any more issues I am taking my truck to the Toyota dealer. They also forgot to order the part, had to wait an extra day!!!!!

Very disappointed. I am experiencing issues with my vehicle starting. I travel a lot for work and am very concerned about being stranded. I dropped my vehicle off for service, after explaining the issue in detail. I was advised, I need a new battery. I wasted my day, time, and $250 on a battery that I didnt need. My vehicle is still doing the exact same thing. Inaccurate diagnosis., again, very disappointed.

they didn't care if I liked the truck I bought 4 days before and obviously they did not do the 160 point safety inspection or I would not of had to take it back in twice for 2 different things that were obvious a squelling belt tensioner was one that I pointed out and the salesman said oh it got wet when they washed it and he sprayed belt conditioner which lasted a few hours . Hi pressure sales tactics.

the worst!!! took truck in for a turn signal issue and got it "diagnosed" that it would cost 350.00, told them to go ahead. drove 2 seconds and had to return, it was still not working. 4 days later we were told it was a problem in the steering column that would cost 1900.00 to fix. NOPE!!! this is probably Fords problem, and Shorkey doesn't want to eat the cost. BAD service and got charged for nothing fixed.

Took the car here for inspection and service engine light .I ran a scan it was the oxygen sensor,I told them that .They said no codes,b/c they probably cleared them for inspection (brilliant).The next day threw the same code ,they said they couldn't look at it for three days .I changed it myself .Thanks

They told me it was under warranty for the 5 weeks they had it. Then when its supposedly fixed I cant pick up my vehicle because its suddenly not and I owe $3400. I get it home and the check engine light is back on the next morning and it wont start. Very unprofessional and I will never use their service department again.

The oil pan nut was not tightened and oil leaked on garage floor (had to add 2 quarts of oil after I crawled under explorer to tighten the nut) , interior had grease on 3 places from mechanic and they have to wrong mileage listed. Should be around 68,000 and they have it listed as 83,843. Just not a good experience!

Got inspection and oil change. Recall on trailer brake problem, tried it and could not get brake controller to register any gain. Asked service what s/w version they updated the TRM module to but could not get an answer. They also told me prior to appointment they could fix the 1.7.1 failure to update problem at the same time. That did not happen either. I have another app MAY 9 and hopefully get some problems fixed

Past service was good. This visit, service was not handled as expected.
For example, I was advised on may Jim Shorkey Service report that tire status was "Fair" despite the fact that the tires were just replaced and had less that 200 miles of usage. Additionally, Service Tech, did not reset oil warning reminder notification, resulting in warning notification that my oil needs to be changed every time I start my C-Max.

Disgusting! Bought car on a Saturday with a $2000 deposit to hold till Monday for insurance etc. when I called Monday they refused to sell it to me. Claimed they had another buyer. I have printed emails etc. to prove my case. I would never deal with them again. Even Carfax would not call back after I registered a complaint! Does not warrant even 1 Star ! Would never deal with Carfax either

The staff at Jim Shorkey Ford are excellent!! They are some of the most polite and knowledgeable people I've ever encountered at a dealership. I've purchased 2 vehicles from Jim Shorkey Ford (2016 Escape / 2016 F-150) and they take very good care of each vehicle. Tire kept losing pressure - took car in after work and they completed bubble test - found 2 small nails - repaired within 30 minutes - no charge.

We did not have an appointment on 3/29/2021. I have no idea what they are talking about so I cannot rate the service because we were not there. Also we had a recall appointment a few months ago and when we went to the appointment they did not have the part so we didnt get it fixed. Maybe next time we make an appointment for the recall, put the part aside so that when we come in for our appointment they have the part. Makes sense to me.
