Jim Shorkey Ford Service was excellent. Ford was extremely slow to address failure of their own software upgrade promoted by their own instrument cluster screen recall. The process from vehicle drop off to pickup was approximately 5 weeks.

Jim Shorkey Ford Service frequently goes above and beyond in their efforts to provide exemplary customer satisfaction. Admittedly they are quite busy so I suggest scheduling an appointment through their website which is very easy to use.
