All wnent well for the replacement part on my 2023 Ford Maverick XLT hybrid front end part. The several recalls were taken care of, and the oil change done quite well. However the mechanic forgot to reset my oil life icon on the dash, & I had to learn to do it myself of you tube. No problem, but this should have been done at the shop!

Terrible they needed to replace a scratched piece on a new car and scratched the new piece when they were installing it. Instead of fixing it they returned the car without telling us and now we need to go back to fix it. Just one of a number of issues after buying the car. Would not recommend the customer service goes away as soon as they get the money

I went in for a routine oil change and they noticed my tires were aged and getting worn.. They suggested that I get them replaced so I was able to get that done at the same time even though it was not scheduled. I had to wait longer than expected but it was worth my wait time so I didn't have to return at a later date..

The service advisor said the tech didn't rotate my tires because the lift wasn't working. I highly doubt all of the lifts weren't working. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I asked that they take my truck back and rotate my tires. They did. Honestly if this continues to happen, I'll be taking my vehicles to Ames Ford.

Their customer service is horrible. Tried to charge me for time I did not approve and then when I got my car back it was in worse condition. They disconnected the wiper fluid line and didn't reconnect it and I needed to use it while driving and had nothing, very dangerous. Communication is horrible, I had to continuously call to get updates.

They were very friendly and went above and beyond. Our Edge was close to the end of the factory warranty and they checked everything out and replaced fixed everything. They covered everything under the factory warranty. I've had other dealerships do the same thing only they tried billing me for warranty work. I would highly recommend this Dewey Ford!!

Here are some issues from my recent service experience. The tire pressure light on the dashboard was not inspected as I had requested. Additionally, the recall on my vehicle was not addressed, and the interior of my vehicle was not vacuumed despite being part of the advertised service. I followed up by calling but did not receive a response after being prompted to call if unsatisfied. I believe these issues warrant further attention.

I custom ordered a truck from Ford and they directed me to Dewey for pickup. The dealership installed a Plad Tech GPS tracking device without my knowledge or consent. Allows myself AND the dealership to track the vehicle at all times. Very frustrating and Orwellian honestly. There were a few other issues that were just not cool at all. Poor post sale service. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

As a customer, I was ALWAYS having to call to get an update on my vehicle. They had it for 4 weeks. Then after getting it back noticed they broke one of the built-in mud guards (driver's side). Not please at all with the lack of communication and a piece broken off.
