Found paint damage on my truck, found out upon service that the owner before me did a back yard paint job on the top of the truck, I was even told by the service tech at Dewey that it was obvious to anyone who knows paint work, glad to know this went under the radar when Dewey acquired it. Wont be purchasing from them again they will clearly withhold information to make a buck.

Amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment I arrived and was warmly greeted by a friendly employee, to the continuous updates regarding the progress of my car's inspection, and the prompt notification as soon as they identified the issue and estimated the repair time, every step of the process was absolutely fantastic.

Buying the car was easy I took care of that part myself, however worst detail job ive ever seen It was filthy in and out. I contacted them and they would not take responsibility for the shape of the vehicle. I was very disappointed with my experience definitely do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from the Ankeny location

Had two low tires with TPMS alarm going off when handed to us. Scratches down the left side that weren't there when we test drove it. Active recall from 6 months prior that hadn't been fixed yet. Damaged window switches that weren't that way before. Only had the 2020 Ford Explorer ST for a week and have had to jump start it twice so far.

Took 8 days to get looked at.. A diagnostic fee of $160 and Took several days to get the work completed. Deleted all history on computor as well as phone history. I believe the work was completed because so far I have not had that issue again. It now tells me I need to update system.

I needed a factory warranty part replaced. When I called they said it would take 2 days, they do not offer loaner cars and said they could see what they could do. Took vehicle there at 9am, had warranty work, serviced and tires rotated and was completed by 12noon.

Very pleasant and helpful but had to wait a week to have my power steering checked and was told all was ok but steering fault light comes on but no loss of steering again. Fear of losing steering while highway driving persists because we need to drive to Texas soon.

Phenomenal service, friendly staff and communicates well with customers about vehicle issues and updates. Gina scheduled an appointment with me and asked me to bring in earlier due to nature of car not operating. Completed well before the scheduled time to be repaired. Also, communicated costs and needed repair before moving forward with work.

This Service department is the best I have used. Everybody was courteous, and wanted to see that I got my vehicle repaired, as soon as they could. Mike took charge, and got that done. I got phone calls telling me the problem, and cost to repair. Thanks , job well done.

Service to car was good. Picking up and delivering the car was a joke. First you forgot to pick up the car and then you came looking for it on the day you were supposed to deliver it back to us. All your reminder emails and texts were correct, but the valet service was not.

The original problem (check engine light) and safety recall seemed to be resolved but in doing that the wiring to the right rear taillight was disturbed/damaged and the turn signal now only works intermittently.. It is scheduled for another service call to deal with that.

Was quoted me one price over the phone, and billed a different amount at pick up (increased amount). Also - had me wait extra time than what was I was originally told. i dont mind the wait or the increase in price but dont change it in the last minute please!

My car needed an oil change and i wes having some issues with the transmission. The guy at Dewey Ford had a loaner for me to use and told me to use it and my car would get in as soon as they could. He wanted me to drive a safe car until they knew what was going on with mine. Great service again!! Will go back.

I got a response from my Carfax email. I called to discuss my needs and didn't hear back from sales person for several days. When I left a message it took several days to respond to me again. I bought a truck from another dealer in that time frame.

THIS WAS A RECALL TO REPLACE THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG. I RECEIVED THE RECALL NOTICE 2.5 YEARS AGO BUT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL JUST RECENTLY. ONCE THE PART BECAME AVAILABLE THE DEALERSHIP GOT THE PART ORDERED AND NOTIFIED ME WHEN THE PART WAS IN AND SCHEDULED THE WORK. MY CAR WAS AT THE DEALERSHIP AND REPAIRED IN TWO AND A HALF HOURS. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS.

It took 2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. This wouldnt have been too bad but the service manager came and told me at an hour and a half that my truck was done, they were just finishing up the paperwork. Also there were oily fingerprints on my hood and on the drivers side door. Also included in the service is a vehicle wash. I had just washed my vehicle and it didnt need washed, they didnt wash it but told me they did.

service tech was rude and arrogant. I sat there for 4 hours without speaking to anyone, or hearing anything about my truck. 5 hours later, they still couldnt figure out the noise I was hearing. The manager was polite and apologized, and helped smooth things over. I most likely will be taking my vehicles to another dealership for service for now on.
