Had car in for oil change. I had 4 new tires installed the day before. They suggested I have the tires rotated. They also suggested I get a fuel system service. The vehicle only has 27,000 miles. As far as the oil change they did fine. They picked my car up at work. Delivered it back on time. That part was nice.

Everyone there is VERY polite and helpful. Even though my car, new to me, was sold with a 90 day bumper to bumper new car coverage and I opted for the 4 yr extended. My car needed a O2 sensor and they put me into a loaner at no charge as well as no charge for the part OR the service. They've treated me very well!

The service department was terrific. I got our car into the work area immediately. They then set us up with coffee as we waited in their lounge. The job was completely quickly. The staff was extremely courteous. The environment was very clean. Great job!

Very thorough! The tech. found an oil leak on my engine. Per advice from the Toyota district rep. they are in the process of shotgunning gasket replacements because they do not know where the leak is originating even after adding leak detecting dye.
End result: Toyota = 0 , Toyota Tech. = 1.

Website is user friendly for service appointments and Ciocca's service department after several service visits have performed at a high standard. You are greeted immediately with your service appointment on state of the art mobile tablets which helps move the service appointment along. You are then professionally scooted off to the customer waiting area...just a nice visit.

Once again a dealership that illuminated themselves from consideration by trying to jump to the end of the sales cycle rather than providing information requested! Internet shoppers are looking for facts and not for someone to talk to! If I ask for price and availability provide that, do not email me asking for my phone number that I purposefully did not provide and not telling me if the car is on your lot and the current price!
