Had my Rav4 hybrid 2023 in for oil change and tire rotation. I was informed it needed alignment corrected. They tried to align it but adjustment on rear axel could not be completed and a part needed to be ordered. This seems odd since car only has 7,000 miles on it . Has the quality of the Toyota product dropped??

Riley did an amazing job from beginning to end! Buying a car at Ciocca in Muncy was an easy experience. Braydon assisted with the financing factor and was very knowledgeable as well as Riley with knowing the car I was looking for. It didn't stop there. Follow up service was just as professional.

the truck was listed at 27,988 for a few weeks looked at it a lot during that time on the morning of 11/15/23 told Ciocca Toyota i was coming on 11/16/23 to look at it. That evening 11/16/23 i looked at it again on your site and it was listed for 28,988. So we will see how this works out. right now i think they are a shady dealership.

Replaced Tornau cover, with a broken strap, was told part would be available in 2 days. Five days later after repeated calling, I was told part is on nationwide back order. Now I have a brand new cover that I can't use and no estimate of when it will be fixed. Had the technician checked his work I would still have a cover that I could use.

Let me tell them if we did not have the money to hook up to their computer to diagnose a problem we thought that we had. They kept trying to offer services and kept trying to charge us extra money which we don't have we're on social security to have a very limited income. I did not appreciate it at all

I never experienced such a tremendous effect that this service performed on my vehicle has had. My Odyssey drove great before the timing belt and transmission service, however it was remarkably even better after the service. I am completely and utterly satisfied at the work of a master mechanic...Thank you!

Very knowledgeable about current state inspection requirements. Moving to Pennsylvania from a state without an inspection regime, this is quite helpful. They are always good to keep us informed during service appointments and during the intervals between servicing.

we dealt with Alex Strange and he was an exceptional service writer. My only complaint was a $21. charge for 6 plastic push fastener on a piece of plastic under the hood. The car has under 11000 miles on it and has been purchased and serviced by Ciocca. It seems to us that something like that on a meticulously cared for Highlander should have been covered by you.

Long wait, nearly 4 hours for directional light, tires and alignment. Mitigating factors included corrosion of bolts needed to be loosened for alignment and that it was the day after Christmas, a holiday for many. Some upselling noticed, but the Michelin tires I bought are really great.

The actual maintenance service was, as usual, well done, and the mechanic(s) deserve recognition for that. From the customer's perspective, the only contact we have is with the service representative who, in this instance, was Kailee Scott, and regarding her she was everything that any company would want in an employee, and everything that any customer hopes for.

Great dealership. Drove 1.5 hrs one way because they had the best deal. Scranton Toyota wanted $5000 over sticker. Motorworld Toyota wanted $1000 over sticker and $3000 less for trade, this is how they take care of you when you bought 2 other cars in less than 2 yrs from them.

Ciocca Toyota of Williamsport has an outstanding service department Andrew Strange, RGD is a wonderful Service Consultant, and the team did fantastic work on our vehicle. Really appreciate the video cameos sent showing the conditions that are being seen by the service technicians along with the complimentary CARFAX reports provided. Overall, extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism we have experienced.

The specific service was fine other than multiple things were recommended for my vehicle which upon further examination by another garage was determined that those things were not needed and would not be needed for quite some time. Almost seems as if my money was trying to be taken.

Drove 40 min to the dealer , they told me I have an inspection due and when I got there it was not due, they continue to msg me to tell me what I have due for maintenance . The game here is money, they always find things to get done . I am having it done locally.I will never buy another car from Ciocci

I am so sorry for the frustration we caused you. Our BDC uses the previous inspection and obviously the timing was off. As for the "things" we discuss with you, those are the services that are required by Toyota. You are free to have them performed or not. Keep in mind that we offer a pick-up and delivery service within 60 miles of the dealership at no charge to you. Again, please forgive us and we hope to see you soon.

Needed resister changed for heater blower. $150 for parts and $100 installation. Bought aftermarket part for $17 and installed it in less than 15 minutes. Also recommended $2,900 in "Things that could also be done, but not necessary". Time to find a new service center.

We were very satisfied with the service department. Nothing was done other than what was called for. We had additional options to add but refused for now. People were very friendly and didn't push extras. Thanks Ciocca! There was a ding mark on the left side of front window frame shown to the attendant. I believe it may be covered under warranty. Nothing was done at the time. He will check out.

I needed the tires rotated and set up an appointment. They gave me the option of leaving the car or waiting for the work to be done. I chose the wait for work to be done for the appointment. The changing of the tires took over an hour to do which is too long for this type of service. I recently not at this establishment had an inspection and tire rotation in less than an hour and a half.
