Dealer had sold the car over a week earlier. Didn't care that it was still posted. Salesperson never called back after initial call. Seemed that they were only trying to collect personal information.

They skip over your appointment time if you don't wait on your vehicle 6 hrs for a 2 hour job I will be finding another shop to do maintenance

Poor communication between staff and client. I missed the text messages . Price went up from 279 to 330 on the transmission service in 4 months! Price of coolant change also increased $40 in 4 months! $76 fir a wiper blade change is outrageous.

Inspection, oil change, and tire rotation took 3 hours. Wasn't told till I went to pay that it failed, (hole in muffler) and they didn't have the part in stock.

they were very attentive to me and my car. The service coordinator was very caring and made sure that if i needed anything to let him know and he would fix me up. They give you a video report from the Technician that was caring for the needs of my car. I knew that my car was in very good hands and would be treated as she should be. It was very comforting to know me and my car were in very caring hands.

So poor don't ever fix the car properly and never call you back when you call in to talk to management very poor car dealership. Sold me a car not fixed, and am still dealing with it. 6 months later and my trunk don't work. It wasn't fixed right after the previous accident.

Took my car in for an inspection, tire rotation and oil change. Got home and my car had 'smoke' coming out from under the hood and smelled hot. They forgot to put the oil cap back on!!! Oil was everywhere!!! They towed it back to the dealership and cleaned the engine area.

Had them order a part for our car. They called and set up an appt when it came in and said they could only hold the part for 30 days. Set up the appt just to drive an hour to get there and find out they ordered the wrong part. A month and a half later and still have yet to call us with the correct part.

I bought a brand new 2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD/Off Road that was delivered with street tread tires. I brought 4 Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac tires and Ciocca performed a 4 wheel alignment, mounted and balanced all tires and returned the removed tires in plastic bags. All very professional.

Although the actual service for two of the three recalls were handled very well. I have been waiting several months for a replaced Tourneau Cover under a separate recall to be fixed. I have yet to receive a satisfactory answer as to when I can receive the necessary parts or a replacement cover. The cover cannot be used in any capacity except to cover the truck bed.
