I trust Darren in service with my car. He is always fair and has great communication. It's hard to trust a service department or repair facility but I trust this one. My car is returned to me not damaged, and clean. The technicians are knowledgeable and careful with handling the vehicles as well. Other places have broken bolts off in the engine compartment and left my airfilters loose in the cabin.

Service was outstanding. Though i went in for a quick diagnostic i came out with much overdue services which prevented me from having major issues down the road. While the cost was high, i expect in todays economy it was alright. Personnel were wonderful, both service and sales people. I use to go clear into Bremerton but Oly is so much closer. I am glad i made the change.

excellent customer service served up with a smile I felt like I was at a friend's house I was not anxious or feeling off in any way shape or form I felt very much at home and very welcome and the service was done a lot faster than they said it was going to happen, and I was quite impressed with the level of service that I got this day.

Ii had excellent service, as usual. I was able to get a last minute appointment, when it was delayed all day because the tow truck didn't show up, I was still able to get the car in before closing, and Capitol City Honda l got it finished 20 minutes before closing.

The service was great. I was able to get my car in right away. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it wouldve been nice to know that if my recall needed a part, then they would have to hold my car over the weekend; so I would have been carless. In the future, please let your customers know the circumstances of the recall (seatbelt).

A delightful young man named Malcom was my service rep. He greeted me when I arrived early (no problem) and already knew the services I needed. He explained them, quoted the cost and showed me to the waiting areas. He said it would be about an hour, but it was done sooner. So easy and comfortable!
I definitely recommend them.

Great service! They met me before the scheduled time and brought in the car, even though they were not yet "open" for business. In and out fairly quickly with honest assessments; no attempts to sell me more than I needed, plus they give a proper military discount. I'll miss this place!

Did not rotate tires as discussed. When I asked the customer service rep. They stated it was done. I asked them if they saw them rotate the tires and they said yes. When I went out and checked (tires were marked) they were not rotated. I went back in and he stated the tech did not want to do it.
