Repairs were made but the service needed light has been on since the appointment. I got 4 new tires and the tire pressure low light came on.

It took as long as four hours to complete. I declined the tire rotation service as they closed to be replaced with brand new ones. However they corrected the bill later. Service associate was nice and informative.

Took car in because of no power. Had to have AAA jump the battery. The service dept took me right away and checked the car. However, they were unable to determine why a brand new car went completely dead. I hope this is not a recurring issue.

Burns gave me the exact appointment I wanted. The work was done when promised, and off I went with a shiny new oil filter, and tires that rotate. A typical service experience, of which I have had many over the years.
