I like the organized manner at which we were entered into the service area. How quickly someone came to meet me and take me to the service desk. Where someone very kindly explained the service that would be preformed. Then later, my service guy explained what needed to be done after the car inspection and allowed me to decide what I could afford to do without any pressure.

Jim Coyle was very helpful and he is excellent at communicating. He kept me in the loop of the status of my car and applied for discounts and warranties that helped make my service more affordable. Will definitely request Jim next time. The actual work performed on the car in addition to the oil change was impeccable. My car drives so much better now. Thanks!

Everyone involved with my CRV 2016 problems listened and fixed the problems and was very accommodating to my personal needs.From the auto director to the , service director. parts person, and the PR person. I had a great team. even the extended warranty person I thank them all for helping get my vehicle in the best shape to keep me safe. I would buy my Hondas from burns always.

It was easy to make an appointment Jim Coyle clearly explained what my car needed to have done Mr Coyle made arrangements for me to go home and wait for my car When my car was done he called and explained the cost. Again he made arrangements to get me back to the dealership This is my fifth car I purchased from Burns Honda specifically because of how easily it is to keep my car up to date

Had to return to have cover on engine properly installed. Was missing rubber grommets and not attached to the engine. Paperwork listed discontinued S/B not for my vehicle. I had to return to verify the repair was completed correctly. Price estimate increased from proceeding documents. Didn't provide 10% discount as stated for senior citizen rate coupon.

We have a bunch of Honda owners in the Trust family. and we all go to the dealer regardless of what is needed. The Trust family always get a 10% discount. I goofed and did not ask for it but I am in the Trust family. I won't go to any other place either. Honda has outstanding techs and I trust them 100% of the time.

Dan Craft was great and kept me abreast of my vehicle and broke down the cost for me. As a frequent customer Honda, next time I think I deserve a discount. Didn't like any of the above they would not even talk Price. They told me the price was the final price on a used car. I made an offer. They never countered two days later. They came back with a counter. Sorry we bought a car already. to your next question possibly would have like to had somebody that was a little more experience with the Honda pilot also!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alex is the best service rep. However, the sales department was horrible. I walked around in the new car sales department looking at car. Then I went outside, and not one sales person spoke and not one sales person asked if I was interested in a car( which I am). I'll continue to use the exceptional service department, but when I get my new Honda, I'll definitely go elsewhere.

I feel that the charge to install the air filters is outrageous. $65 for 5 minutes work and that includes taking the air cleaners out of the packaging is gouging. It should be a complimentary service especially for a loyal customer. The other services provided were fine. Joseph

They haven't solved the problems with the car at all, and they keep sending me back saying there's nothing wrong, but a new problem arises every day. Now there's a strange noise coming from the engine. Even though everything is documented with videos and photos, they are still doing what they want and causing me harm.

Everyone was super friendly and very professional! Dropping off my truck was very quick and efficient. Text communication and phone communication was clear and timely. The cost of my repair was reasonable. What I did not like was the list of optional repairs like changing my working wiper blades, and pushing transmission fluid and brake fluid servicing when my truck only has 42,000 miles on it.

I was scheduled for a factory recall on my 2023 Accord. Service personnel were courteous and I thought everything was complete. Next day when I turned my vehicle on, the information screen was completely black and I had no access to phone, navigation, maps, etc. Came back on but next day I had the same issue. Took about 15-20 minutes for it to come on. Another service appointment on Monday.

The staff were fabulous, over the top attentive, knowledgeable and polite. I believe Jim signed me in, Rob helped me with the spark plug add on job, Ryan just stopped and asked me if could assist me in anyway as I waiting for valet to bring my car up. WOW!!! What a pleasant experience! Lip balm was.a sweet treat as was the coffee, tea and DD donuts.

There is a gap in the steering wheel box of this car, it is felt on the road, so there is a problem with this, but when we try it in other cars, it is normal because it is the same problem, this is not normal, this is a chronic problem, so the steering box needs to be changed and the exhaust.
