After an hour and 45 mins , they still hadn't serviced my vehicle and gave it back untouched.. some excuse about 2 techs not showing up to work..

The job took longer than I was told. There was no communication with me on status of my vehicle. I called several times and was told I would get a call back that didn't happen. When I complained about issue service advisor told me it was my fault. I finally received my truck and they didn't even do one of the major services I brought truck in for.

The manager confirmed what I needed done and as soon as his mechanic was completed, he asked me to walk with him to bay. There they showed me what had been done, and I approved the work. Can't blame them for the recall, but they made it right. Also replaced the hybrid coolant heater {sic} when its auto-destruct activated 15k miles early (assuming it's supposed to blow after 100k miles, because warranty) . I can't say much good for Chrysler, but this service team knows what they're doing and took care of me.

Not all tires weren't tightened during tire rotation and one was left without lug nut. Several days had to return for lug nut and had all tires tightened to spec. Service manager was more concerned to prove he was in charge and he made all decisions; weird and unprofessional.
