Taylor my service adviser was awesome, explained what was going on and I was kept informed through out the process what was going on. The time it took for them to diagnose the problem was within two days, pretty cool as well. The price that is charged at the dealership is pretty steep, to replace an intake box was over $2,000.00 dollars.

Boerne Jeep was great. Took my jeep less than 9 months old to them to address a warranty problem after another Dealer in San Antonio where I purchased the new Jeep refused to address the problem. I gave up on service at dealerships years ago due to integrity issues but they may have changed my mind because of the experience.

The job took longer than I was told. There was no communication with me on status of my vehicle. I called several times and was told I would get a call back that didn't happen. When I complained about issue service advisor told me it was my fault. I finally received my truck and they didn't even do one of the major services I brought truck in for.

It was a fantastic visit. Well beyond my expectations. My vehicle was moved to the work bay as soon as I arrived. The manager confirmed what I needed done and as soon as his mechanic was completed, he asked me to walk with him to bay. There they showed me what had been done, and I approved the work. Absolutely top-notch service.

Can't blame them for the recall, but they made it right. Also replaced the hybrid coolant heater {sic} when its auto-destruct activated 15k miles early (assuming it's supposed to blow after 100k miles, because warranty) . I can't say much good for Chrysler, but this service team knows what they're doing and took care of me.

Not all tires weren't tightened during tire rotation and one was left without lug nut. Several days had to return for lug nut and had all tires tightened to spec. Service manager was more concerned to prove he was in charge and he made all decisions; weird and unprofessional.

I was a little that after speaking to Dan the day to make sure that he could work me when I arrived for my appointment the next morning I learned Dan had quit and no even knew I was coming. The CSR that came out to meet me had no idea I was coming and still worked me in and got me out the out on the same day. Good job adjusting on the fly and taking care of your customers.

The dealership customer service was excellent. I was disappointed that the dealership was not able to fix the traction control and cruise control and on top of that was not able to tell me when they might be able to fix it. It is sad that you can spend over $2000 and not get the most needed items repaired and the dealership does not even vacuum the car for you. Oh yeah. They can't even upgrade a navigation system.

Definitely will never purchase a vehicle from them again. I've had too many issues with the grand wagoner and few to no solutions. Jeep shouldn't be building such an expensive vehicle with so many mechanical and electric issues and they should do a better job of training their technicians on investigating client concerns.

Quick attention to the issue of me hearing a small bump sound when coming off the brake and slowly accelerating. However, occasionally I still hear the bump but think it may be from the ABS which as I understand is in a recall position and I'm waiting for notification from the manufacturer. All in all........the guys at Boerne Dodge do a great job......across the board.
