Three weeks after my appointment in March and I started calling the facility to make an appointment about the issues I was having with my brakes. It took two months for me to actually make an appointment with them. I never received phone calls back when I left messages and there were days the phone just rang. I only had to make this appointment because at my appointment two months ago my rotors were resurfaced instead of replaced. It was extremely disappointing to come back when all of this couldve been taken care at once and then to pay about $440 for all of it. No thank you.

I dropped my vehicle off on March 2nd for a reciever and antenna replacement to include TPMS reset. Ended up having to have my windshield replaced to completely fix the problem. Picked up my vehicle today, 14 days later and my windshield wasn't anywhere close to being installed correctly. Urethane was visible and molding not installed correctly leaving multiple visible gaps around my windshield. I had to take my car elsewhere to fix windshield. I will never go here again.

They did not want to work on my vehicle because they knew it would take a lot of work that would be covered under warranty. Instead of telling me this they came up with a bogus suggestion and still tried to charge be a diagnostic fee. They didnt diagnose anything and they knew this so they lowered the fee from $100 down to $50. When I picked up the vehicle I told them Im not paying anything because nothing was diagnosed and theyre suggestion was just a cop out so they could still charge me.

I took my truck in for a miss fire so I was told I had bad fuel injectors and that it wasnt covered by my warranty so I paid it turns out the guy never called to see if my warranty covers the injectors and it did so they had to give me back my money and to top it off I took my truck back a day later for a engine making noise and I was was told its supposed to make that noise when I new it wasnt I ended up getting a second opinion at another location and they said I had 2 bad letters poor serv
