I stopped by to check on a service recall, Amanda check and the recall was not coming up on my truck, after a couple of check it finally did and she got it in and out in the time she stated. On the way home I got a check engine light came on on a different issue, I took it back, and she took time to look up the code and schedule my repairs. Outstanding service from my last service outlet.

Well first off, I scheduled the appointment, showed up on my appointment date and time. they couldn't find me in their system. they took me in anyway. they told me it would take about 2 to 3 hours seeing how they didn't put me on the schedule, but it took less time what I was told. After my oil change, I noticed my windshield wiper pump was not working. After we figured out what happened, the clerk said it was past seven days and that I would have to go through my warranty. Days after that, my ac started giving out in which I just had repaired through a different Chevrolet dealer this year. Not happy at all.

They had my car for a week and never even diagnosed it. I tried talking to them several times but the phone system is messed up and out of approximately 40 calls, I only got to talk to someone twice. Not once could I leave a voicemail and the people who actually answer the phone only connect you to other lines and can't help you. I even begged them to take my number directly and have someone call me. No customer service at all.

HORRIBLE!! Worst service ever. Car got diagnosed with transmission problems and ended up being a problem with the battery. But they didn't tell me that until 3 months after they had held on to my only vehicle! Worst dealership ever to take for service. Will never be going back there again and don't recommend.

After an engine rebuild, which was almost 30 hours of labor, check engine light came on. They did not want to take care of it as part of the warranty, stating that it was not part of what they did. I feel as if I pay what I did for a rebuild... 30 hours of labor...that that engine should be as good as new. A check engine light should not be coming on the same day I picked it up.

I feel comfortable taking my car to Ancira on Bandera Rd. for service. I feel that they are honest and friendly. In my opinion their pricing and services are also reasonable. I also like that they inspect the vehicle and let you know about recommended services. I really appreciate their help in maintaining my vehicle needs.

Fast service but multi-point inspection does NOT include a battery check and my vehicle failed to start the next day due to dead battery. So what does a multi-point inspection include. In addition, OnStar failed to detect low battery and this is the second time. Service advisors are ambivalent.

was charged for a transmission service/complete flush and drain $356.00 , after only 32,000 miles because it would shake/shudder at highway speeds and it was not considered a warranty covered item even though they admit to having problems with my particular transmission never have I ever has to change this fluid on my other vehicles even after 100,000 miles !!!!!

Had rear windshield wiper replaced. Ancira did a good job and the wait wasn't too bad. What I didn't like is while waiting in the waiting room the same political commercial came on every 2 minutes. I finally had to wait outside to avoid the commercial. 6 other people got up and walked outside with me.

This the worst place to get service done and they are the rudest people. The service people were so rude to my mom and top of that the person that brought her the car after it was serviced was even worse. He had the worst attitude he also got in my mom's face and started yelling at her. Stay as far away from this place.

Took my 1 year old vehicle in because it stalled on me on the highway and basically said I needed a new motor and was not covered so it would be thousands. I said no thanks I would take it somewhere else to be looked at and you could tell they were not happy about that and when I went to pick it up they basically told me to get it myself from the lot. It was the worse customer service.
