Made an appointment for 11am 2 days prior. The day of the appointment I got a text that the car I had an appointment for was sold which I was halfway to the dealership already so still decided to go just in case it was a mistake. Right before I arrive I get another text that the people decided not to buy and it was still available. Finally arrived and salesperson said it was still available and preceded to get the keys. He had us walk all around till he said it's probably in the shop and had us walk back and wait. He finally comes back and says that the car is locked up and no one has keys. The rep finally says that Monday he will send me a video with keys in hand in front of the vehicle that we wanted to shown that it's available to look at. Two days later I get a call that the car is still in the shop and that as soon as it's ready he will call me. Well two days after that I get a text that the car was sold. Wondering what happened I called the dealership and they said it shows it's still in the shop but the reason I got a text that it was sold is that someone put money down to hold it. Not once was I made aware that was an option. Needless to say I will never use this dealership. They are so unorganized and have no communications between departments. I took off work the first time because of my original appointment but all they did was waste my time. Had they lived up to their obligations they would have made a sale. Hopefully management gets better at their job because employees aren't receiving proper training.

My Chevy Volt was reduced to propulsion power and I had it towed to one location and the software was updated. We thought that was the issue only to realize it was not. With the advice of my husband I took it to Ancira and had them take a look at it. The car had two different issues but it is finally fixed. This was a nightmare but want to thank my advisor Michael G. for his great communication and efforts to get my car back up and running.
