VERY safe . There was a plastic shield at the counters, and associates wore masks.
I would have given a 5* but my report said I need a cabin air filter and I changed it myself on August 8, 2020. Also the pos system went down and they dont take cash. I was very reluctant to give my CC info as in my training, You should NOT be writing down an account number, but they made me do it anyway. I told them I would call it in or comeback, but they said no to that.

I've been here quite a few times & this was probably the worst visit. I had an 11 am appt for an oil change . I arrived at 5 till 11, the guy who checked me in Jerry acted like I did NOT have an appt, so I felt a bit ill at ease.
He poked around the computer for a while then asked what car, but I told them that when I made the appt. he said I didn't need the oil, mileage wise, but I said the months & that I was taking a trip. I hope they did the check-up too but I was not told anything else.
