I received exceptionally service from David at the Scottsdale location. The guys working here always take such good care of me and my car. David even has a complimentary snack bar on his desk...snacks while I wait...awesome. My car was in for an oil change and I took them up on some suggested services because I would have needed them sooner or later. I absolutely 100% love this location and the guys who work here. I'm always in good hands and never leave feeling like I was hosed with expensive repairs I didn't need. Honest mechanics and awesome service advisors at the desk...10/10 recommend

I experienced a total engine failure approximately 55 miles north of the AAA facility in Scottsdale Arizona. I had my vehicle towed by AAA service to their facility in Scottsdale. It was left on a Sunday night and I received a call the following Monday morning they had my information and I authorized them to diagnose the problem. They diagnose the problem as a battery failure and replace the battery and I was back on the road Monday afternoon. The service was fast, efficient and done a reasonable cost.
