They got my 1997 Ford 150 in to research why my driver's side window wasn't working. Schedule for 8am tmorning. They quickly diagnose my problem as needing a new switch and motor. Same day fix got me a ride home and pickup. One Ford dealer will not service any Fords earlier than 2005 and the other needed my Ford for two day before addressing. I was so very pleased and with AAA personnel and service. Very happy with AAA service.

I scheduled an oil change at AAA in Scottsdale (McDowell) in lieu of being over charged by the dealership. I dealt with John Milburn, customer service manager. He was fantastic and was really easy to deal with. I'm an AAA member but had never utilized their services other than towing. John made my experience easy and seamless. I'll absolutely be back for future services.

Said they completed a 38 point inspection and I needed new spark plugs and a radiator for a total of $350. Gave no paperwork for what specific items were inspected. I received excellent service here in the past and was disappointed in the mediocre service on this visit. I will not be returning.
