I felt like I received an honest assessment of the vehicle I test drove. He did not pressure for a sale and sought to provide a vehicle that met my need. I bought from a different dealer because it was closer to my price point. His was a 2015 Lexus RX 350 (no accidents and very clean) and I bought a slightly older 2013 Toyota Venza (also no accidents, with 30,000 more miles, and also very clean).”

They let us test drive a lot of cars which I was grateful for but I felt off here because the salseperson mentioned that each car I wanted to look at was "one of the best deals on the lot". Just didn't feel super great about buying the car. They were also way over priced compared to the KBB rate.”
