Well so far I liked everything, each time I call get the appointment done and bringing my car for service pay the bill and leave the place, but when I get home, that's a different story, ( my wife always asks me did they really change the oil filter..??? ) I always say, I hope they did , I paid the bill and that's it!!!

Michael was great! So kind and helpful, I didn't feel like I was being sold anything I didn't need or want. They set me up with an uber ride home and back to pick up my car, the whole process was very easy. Overall a very positive experience and I highly recommend.

Oil change was good and only slightly more $ than previous times. However, the quote to change my car's battery was $600 to $700. I've always gone to this dealership because they were reasonably priced and had great service. But, now I may need to find an independent shop to go to. I guess people who buy a new Audi can justify that kind of price.

Thank goodness for people like Nicole in service dept at Boise Audi!! She has taken on my warranty company and helped coordinate a solution for my car. I'd otherwise have to take off work to do the job. She made a terrible situation so much better for us.

It's all about Nikki at the front desk. So efficient while being friendly and accommodating. I was blown away by her communication and managing skills. The kind of service you just don't see anymore. I probably slaughtered the spelling of her name but I'm telling you, Boise Audi is lucky to have her!

I really like how professional and friendly everyone is and did only the services I wanted. I really didn't like your website and trying to schedule a service! It's awful and keeps you running in circles, I finally had to call after messaging two people who said they'd tell the service department and I never heard from them both times.

I have always come to the dealership for services for mileage, brakes, and maintenance. The service department and service advisor both told me I need to replace my tires and one of them was unsafe to drive on. These tires have 11k miles and are not close to needing a new pair of Michelin tires who have a 40k mile warranty. Very disappointing. What a scam.

They did a recall service. Turn around time was really good. They even sent an Uber driver to pick me up to get the car. They also did an inspection of the car and washed it when they were done. When I arrived the car was outside running and ready to go.

It's a pretty crummy car and I don't think they know how to fix it. It's been in for the same problem. Three times that to me is a real shame on a brand new car. We have used Volkswagen for years. We have other cars that we take there. And they've been fabulous, I just think this is a crummy car. Oh, we should not have bought it and I wish I could return it

I enjoyed the employees; However, felt the coolant service additive was incredibly expensive for such a task. Is normally $100-200 and ended up being ~$350. Maybe it is related to European maintenance being a little different, but was still shocked that coolant service wouldn't be including in the 140k maintenance package That I paid almost $300-400 for.

Went in for an oil change and brake fluid flush, found some extras and service was completed. Price seemed steep after the fact, so had the work quoted from another local shop and could have saved hundreds. Won't have future work done here outside of basic oil change.

Waited for HOURs to be told that a part didn't fit and the vehicle had to be reassembled with the old part. Why wasn't the part identified as incorrect BEFORE tearing the car apart? Got charged for shop time for the process. Have to return for the correct part to be installed - more money. :/

The reason this did not get a 5-star was because we had to go back for our recall service. They reserved a loaner car for us for the second trip, which helped a ton. They were quick to respond to inquiries and helpful in answering questions. The cost for an oil change is high, unfortunately.

Went in for a service recall and oil change. Confirmed the day before that they had the necessary parts as the recall was a half day procedure. Got a call at 2 indicating they couldn't do the recall as an additional part was needed. Indicated that the oil change was almost done, though a glitch in the system caused a notification to not be sent. Oil change was $140, which is pretty steep. Tech was super apologetic.
