Brad took such great care of us. He addressed all the problems we were having with the car and was kind about talking with us about how to remedy these problems. He didn't just say go over to Toyota and get paint for touch up. He went with us and made sure we got the right thing.

The service itself went smoothly, but the air in the back tire slowly leaked out afterward. By the time I realized my TPMS alert was actually real, I had a completely flat tire and had to put on the spare. I know this was not anything intentional so I would like to bring back my wheel/tire and hopefully it can be remedied.

Peterson Lexus did a great job of repairing my 2024 Lexus RX 350L. Unfortunately, the air conditioning hose burst on my car with only 735 miles on it. They ordered the parts, provided me with a loaner car and fixed the problem within 3 days. It was determined that there was an assembly defect in the air conditioning system. Excellent dealer service!

I only needed to get my 2nd key fob. It was somewhat inconvenient to return to the Dealership only to get my 2nd Key Fob after nearly two months. Lexus claims they can't make the 2nd Fob for the vehicle because they have a problem obtaining computer chips (?). Nonetheless, the Dealership was very kind in helping me with a couple of technical issues I was having because of my lack of computer literacy.

I worked with Rick Wright from day one. Although I was in another state over 600 miles away, Rick provided all of the needed information regarding the car. He also provided a Car Fax report that featured all of the maintenance - which was key. We agreed that he would hold the car for a week while I had a licensed, foreign car mechanic/inspector provide a detailed inspection and drive test with video. The inspector set-up a date and time with Rick. On the day of the inspection, Rick spent time with the inspector (as needed) and called me once the inspection. I told Rick that I would receive the inspection in two-business days and if all was good, I would send a $1,000 deposit and fly out to the dealership in three days. The inspection was great and I flew to the dealership to purchase the car. The best part was, Rick picked me up in the car so I was able to drive it from the airport to the dealership. Everything went great!
