Was a bit nervous because they are a smaller dealership however they were so professional. I received multiple communications prior to my visit confirming timing and what we were interested in. They had the car fax and car info prior to the vehicle even arriving on their lot. Once it arrived we set up a test drive.
Despite in-climate weather the car was clean and at the front of the lot upon our arrival. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done - they performed them on the spot. I pointed out a tire tread was low they will switch it out.
They offer additional warranties which really alleviates any fear with purchasing a used vehicle. Any questions or concerns I had they answered. Jon was phenomal with negotiating finances in a way that benefits both parties. Kevin communicates with you from day one. An shoutout to Al going out in subzero temps to repair the car so we could drive home with it same day.
