Even though that I provided a 765 Fico Score this Dealer quoted me a 9.84% Interest Rate, plus over $3,000 in non-explicable Fees. When I addressed this matter with the Manager; - he started having an argument instead of an explanation I bought the same Car in a respectful authorized BMW Dealer Totally Unacceptable and Unprofessional !

They make me go to they office for the car that I requested that was available and when I when there they told me that the car was sold weeks before but that they have other vehicles to see

Hi Benjamin, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us. The 2013 Ford Explorer was available, without any deposit from anyone else, when you came on Saturday, August 24th. After attempting to run finance applications on you and your family members multiple times, we mutually agreed that you and your approved family member would come the following Monday, August 26th to purchase the car. After missing the appointment, I called you the next day and you said you would come on Wednesday, August 28th. Again you missed the appointment and there was no communication from your side. The car was sold and released on Saturday, September 1st, which is a week after the day you initially came in. We are sorry for any miscommunication on our part and we will do what we can to prevent such occurrences in the future. Thank you, Ambrish
