Since those specific part were har to find, they offered me a loaner car because mine was going to be tied up over the weekend. Parts came in late Monday and I picked up my vehicle Tuesday afternoon. Everything was completed correctly, car drives great. Worked with Patrick and Chad, the service advisors, they were both friendly and helpful.
