The first test on my engine apparently did not turn up a problem, but on the second engine check warning, it was determined that it needed to be replaced. Going through the warranty process was relatively easy. I was given a courtesy car during the period my car was kept at Homans. I am satisfied with the service.

Service was great. The gal at the desk in Ford service graciously opened the door for me for easy entrance with my cane. Dakota was polite, thorough and explained what was about to take place. Paul was super friendly during pick up after completion of the work. This was an all around pleasant experience! Thank you to all.

I waited almost 3 hours for "the works". You were not able to get lug nuts off so I didn't get a tire rotation. Before leaving I had to ask to add air to one tire. Apparently that wasn't checked out . Also there was recommended service but no prices or follow through.

Routine oil and filter change. All employees that I encountered were very professional and courteous. Technician did an excellent job inspecting the vehicle for other issues. I love the video they take to show you what they have done. Service advisor has great communication skills treating customers as valued individuals.

Told them the truck has a clunking and noise in 4x4. I called three times to ask about the truck. Finally called and asked for my salesman. He finally got me to talk to someone. Told me they couldn't find a problem with it but said my rear caliper was bad. I told them not to fix that. Had the caliper fixed somewhere else. The truck still has a wheel bearing noise in 4x4. Truck has a warranty on it.

Everyone was super nice and got me to the place I needed to be .. wasn't told my car was ready or when I could pay for the services so I took my car and then stopped in early morning the next day to pay guy was super nice n friendly and had my on my way in no time! Love how I got texts of what my car looked like from underneath that was super cool! Keep up the good work:)

I had to have the panoramic glass replaced. In the process, the service tech scratched the paint on my vehicle in two places, left dirty/greasy footprints on the floor/door sills/doors/seats, greasy handprints were all over the interior and the sunshade does not fit properly.
