Scheduled a AC service, but the AC diagnostic machine was broken and was not told until after I already drove there and took the shuttle back to my house. Was then told they would have a new one in 7-10 days. 2 weeks later they still don't have the machine and now say just go to Green Bay 40 min away.

In at 9:00 , problem diagnosed and fixed before 11:30. Unfortunately started 7 months earlier in Arizona , was supposedly fixed out there by a dealer. Took to Bergstrom in April who supposedly fixed problem. Brought in for third time & hopefully finally fixed problem.

I purchased this vehicle on Saturday morning August 17th to be picked up the following Wednesday or Thursday. On Tuesday I received a call from the salesmen telling me someone else bought the vehicle. This type of semi-illegal shenanigans is what the Bergstrom dealerships are known for. I will never step foot in a Bergstrom facility again. The following day I purchased a different vehicle that I also found on Carfax.

They all kept me informed of the progress. Had arranged drivers to take me somewhere while I waited. They may need feel like a valued customer! My car is running great! I didn't think I was going to be able to get it in and fixed however, I stopped in to schedule an appointment, and they realized it was a quick fix and got me in ASAP! Didn't have the "recall" part so I had to wait and reschedule and I couldn't do that online. I asked them to check my spare tire to make sure it had air and they didn't even do it. I called when I got home. Service apologized but it was a simple task that got ignored. What good is a flat spare tire?

They replaced left turn bulb signal.However Saturday I realized I had no front left turn signal working I called service center and left message expecting someone to call me Monday, no one called me.I had my son-in-law check it out.Bulb wasn't turned in for correct connection.

I was welcomed and everything was ready for me to drop off my car for service. I was notified by text when my car was ready for pick-up. Upon returning to pick up my car, I was again welcomed, they recognized me from when I dropped off my car (this was the first time I was at this location). I was checked out and on my way.

The service counter guy was rude and very short about how the new payments work. I threw him under the bus. The kid needs a swift kick and to show respect for his elders and customers. will be looking for a new service company for my car as others I know have been doing the same.

The car went in for repairs to the seats that were not properly fixed when we bought it. Took 3 weeks to get it fixed.. No consistency for call backs. It truly made me rethink my car buying experience with Bergstrom. Not sure I would recommend them to anyone

Great service. Brought my kia in with a seized engine. They took care of the recall that was out on it. New engine installed with in a week. I have had issues with Bergstrom's in the past. Especially with a vehicle that had a recall and they told me there wasn't one for the issue I was having. I may buy my next vehicle from Bergstrom's.

The service team is highly disappointing- kia will never look at anything under warranty unless the tech can physically see the problem. I have an electrical issue that no one will fix. Been trying to get it fixed for 2 years... they service tech laughed when I asked for a manager. Its horrible
