“I contacted Karz Plus because I saw the exact Gen 3 Toyota Prius Ive been searching for. Black on black, moonroof, leather, super clean, decent mileage, everything that I wanted and needed in a car with a baby on the way. I left an email and was contacted by their National City location. The car was in Escondido and the salesman offered to have it transported to National City since it was closest to me but would take a couple of days. Afraid of the car to be sold by then, I told them I would just drive to the Escondido location the next day and he gave me a contact to meet. Upon arriving at the dealership, I saw the car ready for me to check out right in front of the office. I had plenty of time to inspect the vehicle inside and out before I was greeted by my salesman Freddie. Like most people I was very anxious to have to deal with salesmen because they can come off as sleazy and a bit pushy into buying a car. Right off the bat, he gave me good vibes and gave me the key to test drive by myself for as long as I wanted to. I fell in love with the car instantly and came back to make a deal. With the condition of the vehicle mechanically and cosmetically inside and out for a 2012, I was very excited to drive home with it. He made the financing process straight forward and easy. I told him the monthly payment I was looking for and how much I wanted to put down. The trade in process was also no nonsense and I was able to get $1000 towards my new car with a beat up, old Accord that had been my daily commute for the past 6 years. He didnt try to force me into a GAP Insurance that I really didnt need for this purchase, and even got to give me $700 off the 2 year, unlimited miles Alpha Extended Warranty. He got me the best APR I can get, working with the lenders and bringing it down from what was initially proposed. I am so happy with the vehicle and my experience that I felt they deserved for me to take the time to write this review so that others are aware that they can have a great, no pressure experience to get the car they really want.
