A simple scheduled maintenance took over 3 hours and when they tried to update my software due to a recall, my car died. I was unable to take my car home and I had to get a loaner. They were unable to get the part they needed and fix it for 4 days. They tried to charge me for the loaner.

Incredible staff. Communicative, straight-forward, proactive and easy to work with. I dealt with a complicated repair situation (no fault of the dealership), and they walked me through every step, describing actions taken and escalation procedures they'd initiated. 10/10 recommend again.
