Servicing was done before time estimate. I thought I had requested ride home, but the quick completion made it unnecessary anyway. It appeared from bill the free anti-theft device for catalytic converter was included (tho the initial phone call suggested that could take 2 or 3 days). All was well.

Straight to the point, no frills, maintenance experience. They recognized what I needed, told me what maintenance was complimentary and what would be an out of pocket experience, and completed the service in the estimated time. The waiting area is clean, and has plenty of drinks available for free and private area to do work.

Took away my worries asap about the light turning on. Got out my book and it said to get to your workplace fast. I did and your employees took care of me. Sent me home in Uber and picked me up. Wow. I'm 85 and I could not be happier about your employees and your sterling service!!!

Unfortunately the only nice thing I have to say are about the staff that was working the day I dropped off my car. The rest of it was just ridiculously bad that I will NEVER choose to go back. The manager, some older lady, was the absolute inept manager. It's quite disappointing how it all went horribly south after drop off. Overheard others having just as bad of an experience. Don't take your car here!

I'm shocked that their mechanics told me that my power harness was "chewed in half" and "not repairable" telling me that it needed to be replaced for $4500 only to have my friends mechanic fix it for $100 in less than an hour. I feel like they tried to rip me off.

I was able to get my preferred appointment time. Service was fast. I got a call back that my car was done in 2 hours. Bathroom is clean. I was just surprised that they don't provide complimentary Lyft ride anymore. I wasn't prepared. If I've known I could've brought my computer and work while I wait for my car. Also, there's no complimentary exterior car wash because they said it's out of order.

This was the end of my meticulously maintained 2021 Palisade with 112K miles. After less than 6K miles since last oil change, it was down 5 quarts of oil with no oil spots in garage, no lights or trouble indicators, and no burning oil smell. The catalytic converter was to be replaced and "probably a new engine." I decided to pick it up and sold it. I will never own another Hyundai.

My 2023 Hyundai had a problem with the driver side back window not working. I waited while it was repaired under the Warranty. I'm not impressed that went bad on a 2 yr old car. They have coffee and water but no snacks. Snacks would be appreciated because it says They have snacks while you wait. None. But, service was pretty quick and I got out and got some food.

The work was completed as agreed, I would suggest to speed up the processing time to wait for completed paperwork and the wait for a courtesy car. It's good I was not going to work. It sure took a while for the service to be approved by Hyndai.
