“Rachael Dornack at Akron Auto Sales was absolutely phenomenal, starting from my very first call for directions to get to the lot until several days later when I drove away with my car. Though I was running late getting to the lot she allowed extra time after normal closing time to assist me. She was always relaxed and professionally friendly. Several things stand out about this family owned business. The entire staff listens intentently to every concern. For example after a test drive of the car not only Rachael but also the two mechanics that were working in the service bays came out to listen to everything I was saying. I was assured that each concern would be properly addressed. I've never had a "team" actively listen and communicate that everthing would be taken care of, that was refreshing. Kudos to those mechanics. Another impressive thing was that Rachael was confident in the condition of their autos because they choose them carefully themselves.
