The work was fine, but 2.5 hours for an oil change & tire rotation seems excessive when you make an advance appointment. I indicated when both making the appointment and when checking in that I would be waiting (I live 30 minutes from the dealer). Dealerships want you to bring your vehicles back "home" for maintenance, but then everything takes forever.

After the sale the salesperson won't return my calls. I purchase the at night and couldn't see there coffee stains all over the car even the ceiling. Also there something hanging from the bottom of the car. These are definitely negotiable items. I paid 22,000 for the car and can't get a return call.

Had to fight to even get them to look at my car and contact the warranty company and when they finally sent the request (4 months later), they took 2 weeks to eventually send to manufacturer dealership. I had to fight to get a loaner car for this entire month and a half process. I never felt listened to and was only listened to once I brought in a male family member to back me up.

The service advisor that they had assigned to me was not even scheduled to work the morning that I was scheduled for service which prolonged my drop off. There was no explanation of service and when I was told to just go to the cashier for my paperwork, they were unable to locate it and when I got into my car, the seat was adjusted so far back and so far down, I felt that I fell to the floor! Terrible customer service!!
