This was 120,000 mile service for an Avalon hybrid. In addition to regular maintenance items, this service covered an assessment of a list of about 40 other items. These were rated on a scale estimating current condition and likely condition for next 5,000 mile service interval. This was my first service since buying this used car and confirmed the overall condition.

My first visit to this dealer was pleasant. The service manager was very nice. The waiting area was large and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean! The oil change/service was done it a reasonable time. I will definitely return for my next service.

John, service advisor was awesome. He greater me with a smile and good conversation. He honored my expired service coupon. Car service was quick and all required work was done. Upon return of my car the steering wheel was dirty and a dirty shoe print was left on the driver door sill. I take good care of my car and that was the only thing that I did not like.

Their service was great. I found an advertisement from them that offers a $45 discount for their service. I found it the day after the service. When I called them to ask to apply the coupon (after the fact) I was told that their service director must approve that. Waiting for their call back.

I scheduled an appointment at Toyota of Kent for an oil change. I arrived on time and was soon directed to a service representative who quickly assigned my oil change needs to one of their technicians. I was instructed to wait in the customer lounge area. The oil change took approximately 1/2 hour. I was informed that my vehicle was ready; paid my invoice and was soon on my way!

Pulled into the service bay at my appointment time and they were waiting for me. John told me how long the wait would be and that's exactly what it was. I was in for the 90,000 mile maintenance on my Lexus. With the additional things that had to be done, the total cost was still cheaper than the Lexus dealer price. The service area is very clean and the waiting area is large and comfortable. I highly recommend Toyota of Kent.

The complimentary inspection is a lie! This has been proven to me during the past few years that this dealership does no inspection on your car and sends you home with a fake report. Discounts also are for marketing only and you don't actually get them. No car wash as well. I don't recommend this place!

Excellent experience. I have used Toyota Services at this location for decades. In fact, my parents bought my first car as I was beginning to work at Kent State University. My career took my out of town, but I still continued to buy Toyota's. I moved back to Ohio in 2020. Although the Don Joseph family sold the dealership to Ganley, I am back using it. They did an excellent job!

I was actually surprised how good of a job they did with them being so busy...they got me right in for my 10,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. This was just prior to the low temps in my area so it was good to know all my fluids were in good shape...
