“My issues consist of 2 questionale practices.. One I told them I wanted to put down $2,000 they processed the paperwork at $2,500. Second, they charged me $1,196 more than the price they advertised on CarFax. The manager skipped over that line on the contract. I did not catch the increase at the time for I would have questioned why the difference in price and probably would have walked away from the deal.”
“The service staff were very helpful and a good job was done in the end, but due to some sort of error or mis-communication there was a mistaken initial report that I needed new tires. As a result a service that was to take about an hour took 4 hours and 2 visits.”
